Monday Morning 30-Minute Meditation

Join us online at Zoom every Monday morning as we engage in a 30-minute meditation to start off your week in a centered, peaceful and mindful way.
The meditations will be facilitated by Lisa using guided meditations, music, mantras and energy transmission to open the 3rd eye and all of the main chakras, as well as setting our individual intention for the upcoming week.
